This policy covers the PocketCaddi website at pocketcaddi.com. The PocketCaddi app will have its own privacy policy, published before launch.

What we collect

Early access signups. If you join the list, we store your email address and, if you give them, your first and last name. We use them only to email you about PocketCaddi: early access, launch news and occasional updates. We never sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We don't use advertising trackers or cookies. We use cookie-free, anonymous visitor statistics (see below).

Who processes it

• Netlify hosts the website and stores signup form submissions. Netlify may process data in the United States.
• Umami counts page visits and button clicks so we can see what's working. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store your IP address and can't identify you personally.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers, which shares your IP address with Google.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until PocketCaddi stops sending updates.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local data protection authority.
